Terms of Services

Welcome to ET Drone Solutions. By accessing or using our website (etdronesolutions.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging ET Drone Solutions for any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services

ET Drone Solutions provides the following drone-powered exterior cleaning and inspection services:

  • Drone Pressure Washing
  • Drone Soft Washing
  • Drone Roof Cleaning
  • Drone Window Cleaning
  • Drone Inspections
  • Solar Panel Cleaning
  • Gutter Cleaning

Service availability may vary by location and is subject to weather conditions, regulatory requirements, and equipment availability.

3. FAA Compliance

ET Drone Solutions operates in full compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations:

  • All pilots hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates
  • All drones are registered with the FAA
  • All aircraft are Remote ID compliant
  • We hold Part 137 authorization for agricultural aircraft operations, including chemical application
  • Operations are conducted in accordance with all applicable airspace restrictions and local regulations

4. Service Disclaimers

  • Results may vary depending on surface condition, material type, age, and extent of contamination
  • Organic growth (algae, mold, mildew) may return over time due to environmental conditions; this is not a defect in our service
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any job we determine to be unsafe for our operators, equipment, or your property
  • Before/after appearance will vary based on pre-existing surface conditions

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Disclose all known property conditions, hazards, or concerns prior to service
  • Secure or remove outdoor furniture, decorations, and loose items from the work area
  • Close all windows and doors before service begins
  • Keep all people and pets at a safe distance from the work area during operations
  • Provide reasonable access to the property, including water supply and electrical outlets when needed
  • Ensure you have authority to authorize work on the property

6. Limitations of Liability

ET Drone Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, defects, or deterioration of surfaces
  • Damage to loose, deteriorated, or improperly installed materials (including but not limited to loose siding, cracked mortar, peeling paint, or rotted wood)
  • Water infiltration through unsealed openings, gaps, or cracks in the building envelope
  • Damage resulting from client's failure to disclose property conditions or follow pre-service instructions
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

7. Damage Reporting

Any claims of property damage believed to be caused by our services must be reported within 3 business days of service completion. We will investigate all reported claims promptly and in good faith. Claims submitted after 3 business days may not be honored.

8. Weather & Scheduling

Drone operations are subject to weather and regulatory conditions. We may need to reschedule service due to:

  • High winds, rain, thunderstorms, or other unsafe weather conditions
  • FAA-imposed airspace restrictions or temporary flight restrictions (TFRs)
  • Visibility below safe operating minimums

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at the earliest available time at no additional cost.

9. Quotes & Payment

  • All quotes are estimates and are valid for 30 days from the date issued
  • Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual conditions discovered during service
  • Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment methods

10. Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before scheduled service: No cancellation fee
  • 24–48 hours before scheduled service: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled service: Full service charge

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.

11. Safety

During all drone operations:

  • All persons must maintain a minimum safe distance from the operating area as directed by our team
  • Children must be supervised and kept away from the work zone
  • Pets must be secured indoors or away from the service area
  • Our operators have the authority to pause or stop work if safety conditions are compromised

12. Photography & Media Release

ET Drone Solutions may capture before-and-after photographs or video of your property during service for use in marketing materials, our website, and social media. These images will focus on the work performed and will not include identifiable personal information.

If you prefer not to have your property featured in our marketing materials, please notify us in writing before service begins and we will honor your request.

13. Environmental Compliance

We are committed to environmentally responsible practices. Our cleaning solutions are selected for effectiveness while minimizing environmental impact. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations regarding water runoff, chemical application, and waste disposal.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved as follows:

  1. Mediation: The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith mediation
  2. Binding Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Horry County, South Carolina

15. General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect
  • Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ET Drone Solutions regarding use of our website
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, equipment failure, or supply chain disruptions
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision
